Welcome to our booking system, WCONLINE. The system is easy to use. Just click on any available appointment time (in white) that you'd like to book. You may reserve one appointment per week.
Use the waiting list option for days and times when the schedule is booked. The system will notify you by email if an appointment becomes available. You can remove yourself from waiting lists at any time.
WRITING DROP-IN: We have writing drop-in hours in the Writing Studio on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 12-1pm. No appointment is necessary. See you in MN3251.
Notifications: If you would like to receive reminders and waiting list notifications by text rather than email, update your profile information (at the bottom).
Missed appointments: You will be blocked from making appointments if you miss two appointments during the fall/winter or summer term. Penalty counts are erased at the beginning of fall and summer term.
Cancelling appointments: Please cancel appointments at least two hours in advance to give students on the waiting list a chance to book.
If you have courses at other centres (for example, on the downtown campus or at UTSC) and can't find an appointment to meet your needs here, you may log out and then click on the link to any other centre in Quercus.
Privacy: The RGASC cares about your privacy. Students booking appointments should know that the RGASC uses WCONLINE to book and manage your appointments. WCONLINE’s Privacy Policy can be found here.
